Hans Block – reżyser teatralny, muzyk i filmowiec. Studiował muzykę na Uniwersytecie Sztuki w Berlinie.
Moritz Riesewieck – reżyser teatralny, pisarz i filmowiec. Ukończył ekonomię w ramach stypendium Niemieckiej Narodowej Fundacji Akademickiej.
Wspólnie kontynuowali naukę studiując reżyserię w Instytucie reżyserii teatralnej Ernsta Buscha w Berlinie. Od 2007 roku pracują w duecie o nazwie Laokoon. Wspólnie tworzą spektakle teatralne i prace cross-medialne. Mit o Laokoonie, który ujawnił pułapkę ukrytą w Koniu Trojańskim to metafora ich sposobu pracy. „Czyściciele Internetu” („The Cleaners”) są pełnometrażowym debiutem dokumentalnym duetu.
Hans Block is a theatre director, musician, and filmmaker. He studied Music at the Academy of Arts in Berlin.
Moritz Riesewieck is a theatre director, writer, and filmmaker. He has graduated in Economics, as a part of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation programme.
Together, both directors studied Directing at Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts. Since 2007, they have been doing a duet named Laokoon. The myth of Laokoon, who exposed the trap in the Trojan Horse, is a metaphor of their work approach. “The Cleaners” is the duo’s full-length debut.

Internet nie jest wcale tak neutralny, demokratyczny i wolny, jak się nam z pozoru wydaje. Tysiące moderatorów treści na Filipinach dzień w dzień decyduje o tym, co pojawia się, a co nie w mediach społecznościowych. To właśnie oni akceptują lub odrzucają publikowane przez nas filmy i zdjęcia.
Every day, every single minute, 500 hours of film material is uploaded to YouTube, 450 000 tweets published on Twitter, and 2.5 million posts on Facebook. Apparently, the Internet is not what we think of it – neutral, democratic, and free. Each day, thousands of moderators on the Philippines decide about what will – and what will not – appear on social media. It is them who accept or reject what we want to publish.
