Reżyser. Scenarzysta. Absolwent reżyserii na AFiT oraz Psychologii Społecznej w SWPS w Warszawie. Autor scenariusza i reżyser serialu dokumentalnego o kibicach Legii – „Fanatycy” (2011). Reżyser wielokrotnie nagradzanego dokumentu „Miłość” (m.in. Grand Prix „Złoty Lajkonik” KFF 2013, Gwarancja Kultury 2014 w kategorii film, nominacja do Orła 2014 w kategorii najlepszy film dokumentalny). Twórca teledysków i spotów telewizyjnych.
A director, screenwriter and graduate in directing from Warsaw’s Akademia Filmu i Telewizji (Film and Television Academy) and in Social Psychology, which he studied at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, also in Warsaw, Filip Dzierżawski is the screenwriter and director of 'Fanatycy’ (’Fanatics’; 2011), a documentary serial about the football fans who support Legia Warszawa. His documentary 'Love’ has won numerous awards, including the Golden Hobby Horse at the Krakow Film Festival (2013), Polish national television’s Guarantee of Culture award in the film category (2014) and a nomination for the Polish Film Academy’s Best Documentary 'Orły’ (’Eagle’; 2014). He also makes music videos and television commercials.

Historia Julity Wołyniec, której matka odsiaduje dożywocie za zamordowanie swojego męża, syna i próbę zabicia córki. Matka, nękana poczuciem winy, nie chce spotkać się z córką. Nie widziały się od dziesięciu lat. Julita pod pretekstem programu „Świadectwo” wchodzi do więzienia, żeby się z nią skonfrontować i rozliczyć przeszłość.
The story of Julita Wołyniec, whose mother is serving a life sentence for murdering her husband and her son and for the attempted murder of her daughter. Beset with a sense of guilt, her mother doesn’t want to meet her. They haven’t seen each other for ten years. Using a programme known as 'Testimony’ as a pretext, Julita enters the prison in order to confront her mother and carry out a reckoning of the past.
